Kimara Verett
FOUNDER
Kimara Verret is the founder of FFG Lab, a structured beauty-industry collective built to elevate talented professionals into disciplined, financially intelligent, high-level leaders.
With over six years behind the chair and experience serving influential clients, Kimara understands what most beauty professionals eventually realize: talent gets you booked, but structure builds legacy.
After rebuilding her clientele from scratch in Detroit, she developed systems rooted in financial literacy, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and elevated client experience. What began as personal discipline evolved into a framework now guiding beauty professionals toward clarity, stability, and long-term growth.
FFG Lab was created to close the gap between skill and sustainability by offering education, structure, and leadership development for those ready to operate at a higher standard.
Kimara believes luxury is not about price. βIt is about presence, consistency, and the integrity of the experience you create.β
